Our highly-trained staff is equipped with a complete mobile kitchen, tents of various sizes, banquet tables, folding chairs, games and prizes. We can also enhance your event with imaginative floral themes, balloons, carnival rides, inflatables and music to fulfill your fantasies.

    Wisteria Hill Plantation, Inc. events include:
  • Food is served buffet style.
  • All food is properly maintained to ensure correct food temperatures.
  • Serving lines are set up for no waiting.
  • Adequate seating is provided for meals, games and concessions.
  • Desserts are available to you and your guests. Vanilla and chocolate ice cream is served in individual cups at the concession stand after the meal.

  • Hamburgers - Charcoal-grilled on location. Quarter pound beef patties (80/20) on fresh buns.
  • Hotdogs - 100 percent all beef wieners, fresh buns.
  • Baby Back Ribs & Barbecue Chicken - Slow cooked on our pit and served with a mild sauce.
  • Seasoned Baked Beans - Served hot and fresh.
  • Trimmings - Pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise and chili served for your hotdogs, salt and pepper.
  • Potato Chips - 1 oz. individual bags of plain or barbecue chips.
  • Sweet Ice Tea - Served cold and fresh.
  • Drink Stations - Adequate drink stations serving Coke®, Sprite® and Diet Coke®

Our beautiful 55-acre plantation is also available for your special event. Nestled among the towering trees in rural Appling, Georgia, just outside of Augusta, Wisteria Hill Plantation, Inc., has two pavilions for dining, dancing and other outdoor events. The plantation also features a swimming pool, complete with bathhouse, and a three-acre pond stocked with catfish, bass and bream.
